Flavor rooted in making you stronger!
Here at good for you flavor I was starting my health journey by working out constantly and eating healthy. As I am sure we have all scene those "high protein meals" are also high calorie or bland as heck! I thought to myself while eating my barely seasoned chicken rice and broccoli, a dip would go great with this! However I dare you to look at your favorite sauces nutrition facts, 200+ calories a serving, tons of sugar and fats, and no protein! The point is to be healthy but we shouldn't have to torcher our taste buds to do this, so I started my journey of recreating all my sauces at home so that they not only have less calories, but are even an additional protein source so you can hit your goals just by putting flavor back into your meals!
